1. Introduction

These Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to the “PP”, “Policy”) is the agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the User, you) and the Push Media B.V (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “Aerialscoop”), address: Herengracht 114 HV, 1015 BT, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

This Policy applies fully to the Company's privacy practices with regard to the User's Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data”). 5. Third parties services

The Company's Service or Website may contain links to and from third parties’ websites, apps or other services (including social media).

Our Service uses Sendgrid. SendGrid provides certain services relating to the transmission, analysis, and management of email messages and other digital communications and tools through the web site located at www.sendgrid.com. We use this service as our email service provider.

6. Data storage and security and cross-border transfer

The Company shall use all reasonable measures to protect the Personal Data from unauthorized disclosure, access, disclosure or removal. The Service and Website are equipped with the means of security and protection of the Personal Data.

Immediate access to the Personal Data is allowed only to the Company and its employees or other persons authorized by the Company and involved in the maintenance of the Personal Data protection. Such persons shall keep confidentiality of and prevent unauthorized third-party access to the Personal Data.

The Company's Services may be hosted on a server outside the User's home country. Submitting the Personal Data, the User permits its transfer outside the country, within the bounds of use of such Personal Data in accordance with the applicable law.

We need to emphasize that none of the existing ways of Personal Data transfer can be absolutely safe for the Personal Data protection. The Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of Personal Data in case of unauthorized access of third parties.

The Company shall not be responsible for unlawful acts of intruders, third parties, hackers, and other offenders of current applicable legislation, who can violate the provisions of this Policy and try to collect, either fully or in part, Personal Data and to use it for personal advantages. Your Personal Data is held as long as you are the User of Company's Services and Website.

The Company does not collect, use, disclosure or share the Personal Data of children (under age set forth in the applicable law). You must be the legal adult and/or have a particular legal capacity to access to our Services and Website under the applicable law and the law of your home.

The User shall be entitled to:

  • 2) You are allowed to have inaccurate personal data rectified or completed if it is incomplete.
  • 3) You have a right to be informed about how your personal information is being used.
  • 4) In order to erase, rectify, complete or get information you can make a request by contacting Aerialscoop support or via your user dashboard options.
